This practice will focus on improving each student's specific areas of need in wrestling utilizing a high coach to student ratio. This is a small group youth wrestling class, bare feet or non-mat marking shoes only (sambo/leather sole, no exterior plastics that may mark the mats allowed).

This is a WRESTLING practice, all athletes are expected to have familiarized themselves with the appropriate ruleset and terminology, come in appropriate wrestling practice attire, and have a reusable water bottle. We also strongly suggest students have a small snack before class and bring a snack for after training to ward off the hangries.

HBJJ students must get head instructor approval, school/club wrestlers must have their coach's approval. Do both? Get both.

Students without bookings may not be allowed to attend in the event of high turnout. Contact us directly via call/text to the HBJJ academy number with any questions before booking the class so the limited spaces are utilized correctly.
